We Can’t Stop Laughing at These Wrongly-Timed Cheerleading Photos!
A Lesson in Improvisation
A little history lesson for those who care; pockets entered the realm of women’s fashion in the early 17th century. But even then, they were not attached to the rest of the clothing but designed as detachable garments that could be secured to a band and tied around the waist.
Thankfully women now have regular pockets—albeit smaller than they’d like—and even purses to hold their stuff. But when you’re a cheerleader, neither pockets nor bags will do. So we can’t blame this girl for creating her own storage space.
