Ron Howard – From A Regular House To A $11.5-Million Manhattan Pad

Ron Howard started out as an actor during the 1960s, but he eventually just focused on directing during the 1980s, until today. Howard currently has six new projects that he is directing. The Da Vinci Code director used to own a lavish apartment in Manhattan, which came with three bedrooms, a library, and a laundry room.

Howard first placed the apartment on the market back in 2017 with a $12.5 million asking price. Sadly, he was not able to find a buyer, so he decided to deduct $1 million from the price tag. No one has bought it yet as of today.
