John Travolta – From A Community House To A $12.5-Million Mid-Century Airport
John Travolta started acting in theater as a teenager with the musical Grease and a Broadway production. He is now not only a licensed pilot but has an airway leading to his front door. John and his wife Kelly Preston were reportedly the first residents of the Jumbolair Aviation Estate in Florida.
The property featured a 7,500-foot runway, which they extended to lead right to their doors. They hired a design team for the house renovations and ended up with a mid-century airport-house, part of a 550-acre community. John is now able to fly to work and just in 2019, he’s expected to play in three movies, including Trading Paint.
