A tennis court for those Wimbledon fantasies and a swimming pool to make a splash are also available in the mansion’s courtyard. Purchased by our ‘’Top Gun’’ hero in 2007 for $32.5 million, he later waved goodbye to it, selling it to Leon Black and his lovely wife Debra in 2016 for $40 million.
