Boy George – Jesus Loves You

Boy George was the lead singer of the ’80s pop band Culture Club that became world-famous with tracks like “Do You Really Want to Hurt Me,” “Karma Chameleon,” and “Time.” Later the Ivor Novello Award-winning George founded his own music band, Jesus Loves You, in 1989.

Widely known for his androgynous appearance and soulful voice, he was at the forefront of the English New Romantic movement in the ’80s. Still active and occasionally making music, in 2022, he made an appearance at artist Daniel Lismore’s Coventry City of Culture exhibition.
