He overhauled his lifestyle for a 30-pound weight loss to do all his stunts on Alex Cross in 2012, pairing up with Krav Maga as his trainer and David Allen as his nutritionist. Apart from removing meat from his daily meals, he also went on a low carbohydrate, low fat, and high protein diet.
Not only was he able to perform almost all his stunts, but his confidence was also boosted after he achieved his goals. Perry is set to release a new Madea movie on Netflix in 2020, and we’re looking forward to another transformation.
