CHILD STARS OF THE ’80S: WHERE ARE THEY NOW?

Leonardo DiCaprio

Did you know that Leonardo DiCaprio was literally named after Leonardo da Vinci? It seems he is proving himself nearly as versatile, taking on some of the strangest roles while also being famous for his philanthropic works. After an uncredited role in Roseanne, DiCaprio debuted in Critters 3 at 16 years old, beginning his successful career.

In 2020, DiCaprio’s Earth Alliance foundation donated $3 million to aid the response to raging catastrophic bushfires in Australia, according to CBS. The Oscar winner’s latest upcoming movie is Killers of the Flower Moon, a project by Martin Scorsese, which stars DiCaprio alongside Robert DeNiro. It is scheduled for a 2021 release.
