Fred Weasley – James Phelps
James Phelps, an English actor famed for portraying Fred Weasley in the ‘Harry Potter’ series (2001-2011), commenced his acting adventure in 2000. Alongside his twin brother, Oliver, he attended an open audition in Leeds, resulting in both being cast as the Weasley twins, Fred and George.
Post the final Harry Potter film’s release in 2011, James took a hiatus from acting to concentrate on academics, graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2013 with a film and television degree. Since then, he has dabbled in television and film, featuring in “The Legend of Tarzan” (2016) and “The Lost City of Z” (2017) and co-hosting the “Normal Not Normal” podcast with Oliver.
