Squirrels spend their days scurrying around looking for nuts, or at least that’s what we picture them doing. Their diet isn’t only made up of nuts, but they also chow down on other small animals and plants. However, they are fond of nuts because their ability to keep well for months sees them through the winter when they can’t forage for other food sources.
When we encounter them in the park, a majority of us often toss them the salty treats. It looks like that’s what happened here, and when the squirrel went in for the catch, someone was ready to document the incredible moment.
