Russian ice skater Evgenia Medvedeva always looks like she was born to take on the rink. She is a two-time world champion who is also known for donning anime-inspired outfits during her performances. During the 2017 World Team Trophy competition, she stunned the crowds by performing her set to the background of the “Sailor Moon” theme song.
Medvedeva went all out and even included some of the anime character’s hand gestures in her set. She also transformed from the character’s iconic schoolgirl uniform into battle armor during the performance. When she concluded the performance, she recited the superheroine’s catchphrase, “In the name of the moon…”
