Woody Harrelson – Son Of A Convicted Murderer Makes It Big
They say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree but actor Woody Harrelson proved us wrong. His estranged father, Charles Harrelson, was a contract murderer. He assassinated district judge John H. Wood Jr and was convicted but was later released. He was also implicated in other murders such as that of Sam Degelia Jr. and Alan Harry Berg and was arrested and later taken to the Atlanta Federal Penitentiary. While in prison, Charles attempted to escape and was transferred to ADX Florence where he later died of a heart attack. Harrelson, on the other hand, has established himself and has won several prestigious accolades. In 2018, Harrelson starred in the superhero film Venom.
