Dr. Ruth Westheimer is a well-known therapy professional, author, and media personality. She’s now 90 years old and still hard at work, and her career highlights include authoring about 40 works on various topics about relationships. At 17, Westheimer emigrated to Mandatory Palestine where she joined the Jewish paramilitary organization the Haganah. She trained as a lookout scout and sniper, and when recounting her experience, she said that she never killed anyone.
