Denzel Washington is one of the most sought-after actors in Hollywood, and it all started after his big break in the medical drama series St. Elsewhere. This was the springboard he needed to play Steve Biko in Cry Freedom and his oscar-winning performance in Glory.
His iconic performances continued with roles in Malcolm X, The Hurricane, and Remember the Titans, and he put in another Oscar-winning effort in the critically acclaimed Training Day. He also directed the Oscar-nominated Fences and is starring in the 2021 film The Little Things.
