Drew Barrymore captured our hearts when she appeared in the iconic movie E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, released in 1982. It was more than apparent that Drew was born to be an actress. However, she was on a rough path during her teenage years since she battled drinking problems.
Not much was written about her journey towards sobriety, but in the end, she was able to come out of her condition successfully. Now, she has her own family and has made a comeback into the acting world, currently starring on the Santa Clarita Diet TV series.
