Being a bit desperate of sorts, the Beverly Hills actress sought the help of a professional trainer who could lend a helping hand to tone her excess fat down. Celebrity professional Kathy Koehler took the reins in her hand and took Tiffani out of her anxieties. A Sunday cooking approach worked for Tiffani as she had to prepare ‘one meal per night’ items on Sundays, refrigerate the food in a Tupperware, and put it in the microwave every hectic day of the week — a routine which brought her nutritional life back in place.
