Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson had developed body issues, not on the Olympics but while on Dancing With The Stars! Being a teenager in the spotlight led her to questionable weight loss schemes like juice cleanses and detoxing, almost developing eating disorders. Since she was a gymnast, having an eating disorder or being overweight was least expected from her. Thankfully, she realized it, too. Not before she had become anorexic, with a 700 calorie per day diet that didn’t consist of any carb at all. Talk about fad diet, eh? It all came to an end when she started working out again and changed her eating habits towards a healthier diet.
