Vintage Things You Might Find in Your Home That Can Be Sold Off for Thousands of Dollars
Beer Cans
Gottfried Krueger Brewing Company created the first beer can in 1933, but the beer can did not appear on store shelves until 1935. Beer cans back then had coned tops, and one of its selling points was that, unlike refillable glass bottles that consumers must return for five-cent reimbursements, they could simply be thrown away.
Beer cans from earlier eras are now highly sought-after by collectors. The value of used ones has increased due to a rise in the demand for them. Extremely rare beer cans can sell for up to $30k. However, you can still find some for $100 to $1k.
