Nastia Liukin is a former American Artistic Gymnast and has made a mark for herself as the four-time winner of the US National Championships and a medalist five times over at the Olympics! She was on the National Team for ten years with a two-year break in 2010-11.
Born in Russia to parents who were both talented gymnasts who then migrated to the US, it was but natural that Nastia follows in their footsteps and how well she did over the next few years! After retiring in 2012, Liukin pursued her studies in sports management and psychology and is pretty regular with posting on social media!
