Sarah Ferguson 6 Companies Dissolved After Epstein File Release
Fresh filings in the United Kingdom have placed Sarah Ferguson back in the spotlight. Six companies directed by the Duchess of York are now moving toward dissolution, a step that follows newly released U.S. Justice Department files detailing her past association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The development has reignited public interest in long-standing questions surrounding Ferguson and her former husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formally known as Prince Andrew.
Six Companies Marked for Closure
Documents submitted this month to Companies House confirm that six U.K.-registered businesses tied to Sarah Ferguson are in the process of being shut down. The entities include:
1. S. Phoenix Events Limited
2. Fergie’s Farm
3. La Luna Investments
4. Solamoon Limited
5. Philanthrepreneur Limited

According to People, which first reported the news on Thursday, February 19, there are no known outstanding creditors linked to these companies.
S. Phoenix Events Limited handled public relations and communications activities. Fergie’s Farm operated as a retail business. The remaining companies were registered under Ferguson’s directorship, covering ventures ranging from investments to media-related projects.
The timing of these closures has drawn attention, as they follow the release of additional investigative material connected to Epstein.
Newly Released Files Detail Continued Contact
The U.S. Justice Department recently disclosed a collection of files that outline ongoing contact between Jeffrey Epstein and both Ferguson, 66, and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor after Epstein’s 2008 conviction. That conviction involved charges of procuring a child for prostitution and soliciting a prostitute.
Under a plea agreement, Epstein served 13 months in custody. Years later, in August 2019, he died in his jail cell at New York City’s Metropolitan Correctional Center while awaiting trial on federal child sex trafficking charges. He had pleaded not guilty prior to his death at age 66.
The newly surfaced documents suggest that communication between Epstein and members of the Duke and Duchess of York’s circle continued after his conviction, raising further scrutiny.
Emails Attributed to Ferguson
Among the files are emails allegedly sent by Ferguson to Epstein. One message dated January 2010 contains language that has drawn widespread reaction. In it, she reportedly wrote:
“You are a legend. I really don’t have the words to describe my love, gratitude for your generosity and kindness. Xx I am at your service. Just marry me.”
Another email from May 2010 appears to show Ferguson seeking employment during a period of financial strain. The message allegedly reads:
“But why I don’t understand, don’t you just get me to be your House Assistant. I am the most capable and desperately need the money.”
A third alleged email reportedly included a crude reference to her daughter, Princess Eugenie. Us Weekly has stated that efforts are ongoing to verify the authenticity of the documents.
These communications have revived past criticism and public debate over Ferguson’s association with Epstein.
Ferguson’s 2011 Apology
The relationship between Ferguson and Epstein first became a major issue in 2011. At that time, Ferguson publicly apologized for accepting money from Epstein. She described the decision as a “terrible, terrible error of judgment.”
In her statement to the Evening Standard, she made her position clear: “I abhor paedophilia.”
She also defended Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, calling him a “first-rate father and first-rate man … who does not know how to tell an untruth or behave dishonourably.”
Those remarks are now resurfacing as renewed allegations continue to circulate.
Prince Andrew’s Arrest and Investigation

The renewed attention arrives alongside serious legal trouble for Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. On Thursday, February 19, which marked his 66th birthday, he was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
Authorities allege that he shared confidential trade documents with Jeffrey Epstein between 2001 and 2011.
Assistant Chief Constable Oliver Wright addressed the matter in a public statement:
“Following a thorough assessment, we have now opened an investigation into this allegation of misconduct in public office. It is important that we protect the integrity and objectivity of our investigation as we work with our partners to investigate this alleged offense. We understand the significant public interest in this case, and we will provide updates at the appropriate time.”
Shortly after his arrest, photographs obtained by Us showed Andrew appearing visibly distressed. In the images, he was seen ducking down in the backseat of a car leaving Aylsham Police Station in the United Kingdom, his expression described as shocked.
Public and Legal Implications
The closure of Ferguson’s companies does not indicate criminal liability. However, the timing has intensified speculation and public conversation. Business dissolutions can occur for many reasons, including inactivity or strategic restructuring. Even so, the overlap with newly released documents has fueled scrutiny.
At the center of the issue remains the broader question of post-conviction associations with Jeffrey Epstein. The files suggest that communication continued after his 2008 conviction, a fact that has triggered renewed examination of judgment and accountability within elite social circles.
The dissolution of six companies directed by Sarah Ferguson comes at a moment of renewed examination into her past ties with Jeffrey Epstein. At the same time, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor faces an active investigation over alleged misconduct in public office.
Newly disclosed emails, prior public apologies, and a high-profile arrest have combined to place the Duke and Duchess of York under intense public attention once again. As investigations continue, official findings will determine the next phase of this unfolding story.
